Determined. Yesterday, we only went some 40 miles. Today we wanted to cover eighty some miles. We found a shortcut which saved us 10 miles. We took 302 straight to Bridgton instead of taking 5 north to Lovell. What would've been the point of that,  I don't know. This map seems outdated.

The roads in Maine are decrepit, that is what the map said. They could be better, but they could also be better. I think the chosen routes are neither the most practical nor the best maintained. So, thank you our mapmakers.

I'm sorry to say that we didn't see any moose. We saw buffaloes, though. Sigh, I know it's not the same. However, we DID see Moose Pond. I have pictures of that, and I will post those at some point.

We stayed at a motel because we were tired of sleeping in a wet tent. It's kept raining. Tomorrow, it shouldn't rain. I set my clothes out so they may dry, but it's humid here and they collected moisture instead.

We ate some Italian food and it was delicious. Afterwards, Kayla tried to take a shortcut through a ditch, I egged her on. She did swell.

We saw a really nice mailbox set up. I want one. It had a few boxes. The box for bills was unreachable.

Moose Pond was cool. I hope I get around to posting those pictures soon, and I hope you hope so too.

Something interesting, Chase does not exist in these states. I'm learning new things every day.

THERE ARE NO PICTURES FOR THIS DAY, FROM MY CAMERA. THERE WERE PROBLEMS WHILE TRANSFERRING PICTURES FROM CAMERA TO COMPUTER...A LOT ARE GONE.
